It is ideal for those who want a quiet place to stay within easy reach of all amenities.
The property sits in it's own grounds of over 8 acres. The gardens have been planted to attract a variety of wildlife. Everyday large numbers of birds come to drink and bathe in the small pools around the natural spring, that is found on the lower parts of the land.
In summer the Red necked Nightjar comes everynight to collect moths attracted to the swimming pool lights. Oriels, Beeaters, Hoopoes and little owls can been seen most days.
Just a ten minute drive away from Vista Florida is Salgados Lagoon where large numbers of migrating birds rest and feed before setting off again on their journeys. At anytime of year something interesting can been found there.
Being in the middle of the Algarve, it's only a short drive to most places of interest.
For Golfers, we are on the door step of the Amendoiera golf course, and very close to both Silves and Salgados.
The villa has two very large double bedrooms, both en-suite, with a comfortable sitting room and a small well equiped kitchen.
All rooms open directly onto the large pool terrace. This has plenty of room for recliners and seating, plus a gas BBQ. The wide verandas give welcome shade.
The pool itself is huge, measuring 8 x 15m. From the terrace there are stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Vista Florida has full wheelchair access. Both bedrooms have 'wheel in' showers. The pool does not have a hoist, and the gardens are not wheel chair friendly, but the pool terrace is at a high elevation giving good views over the surrounding area.
Vista Florida is totally non smoking, and includes all outside areas as well. This is because the property has a full tourism licence, and smoking is not permitted.
